Tell us your WordPress version, the plugin or theme version, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot or the exact error text turns most tickets into a one-reply fix. If it is a delivery issue, mention your host.

Only if you ask us to, and only over a temporary admin account you can revoke afterward. We never request credentials by email, and we delete any access the moment the issue is resolved.

That is almost always an inactive license. Open Appearance -> Theme Dashboard -> Updates & License, paste your key, and click activate. The full walkthrough is in the theme dashboard docs.
