Terms of Service

The gist
These terms govern your purchase and use of Revolutionary Plugins software, the theme, and this website. We have written them in plain language because we would rather you actually read them. By buying a license, downloading a plugin, or using our site, you agree to what follows. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
Buy a license, use the plugins on the number of sites your plan covers, keep your code to yourself, and we will keep them updated and supported. Be fair and we will be fair.
1. Definitions
- "Software" means the plugins, theme, code, and any updates we provide.
- "License" means the right to use the Software under a specific plan.
- "Site" means a single distinct WordPress installation on its own domain.
- "You" means the individual or company that holds a license or uses the site.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a license or open an account. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data, and our GDPR Compliance page for EU and UK customers. If any part of these terms conflicts with a separate written agreement we have signed with you, that signed agreement wins for the points it covers.
3. Your license
When you purchase a plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of sites your plan allows. The Single Site plan covers one site, Suite Pro covers up to five sites, and the Agency plan covers unlimited sites you own or manage for clients.
Your license includes updates and support for as long as it stays active. The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in it, and nothing here transfers ownership of our code to you.
4. What you can and cannot do
You may:
- Install and use the Software on the sites your plan covers, including client sites under an Agency license.
- Modify the Software for your own use, within the bounds of its GPL-licensed components.
- Build and sell websites for clients that include our Software.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software as a standalone product or as part of another product library.
- Share your license key publicly or use it to activate more sites than your plan permits.
- Remove or obscure our copyright notices, or misrepresent the Software as your own creation.
- Use the Software to build anything unlawful, malicious, or designed to harm others.
Your key is tied to your account and your site count. Distributing it publicly, on a nulled-plugin site for example, is a material breach and we may revoke the license without a refund.
5. Pricing, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed as a recurring annual subscription unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices are shown before you pay, and you authorize us to charge your payment method at each renewal at the then-current rate. We will email you before a renewal so there are no surprises.
You can cancel auto-renewal any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and ends updates and support at the close of your current term. The Software you have already installed keeps working.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. If the Software does not work for you within that window, email support@revolutionaryplugins.com and we will refund you, no interrogation required. Renewals, and purchases where the license key has been abused, are not eligible. We may decline repeat refund requests that suggest the guarantee is being used to get the product for free.
7. Updates and support
While your license is active you receive feature updates, security patches, and access to our support channels. We aim to respond to support requests within one business day. Support covers the Software itself; it does not extend to debugging unrelated plugins, custom code you have written, or your hosting environment, though we will point you in the right direction where we can.
We may discontinue a plugin or feature. If we retire something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice and, where practical, a migration path.
8. Acceptable use of this site
When you use our site, you agree not to probe, scan, or attack it, not to scrape it at a volume that degrades service, and not to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend access that threatens the site or other users.
9. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password, and tell us promptly at support@revolutionaryplugins.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by someone else using your credentials with your knowledge or through your negligence. One person or company should hold one account.
10. Third-party services
Some plugins can connect to outside services you choose to enable, such as a payment gateway in Revolutionary eCommerce, an SMTP provider in Revolutionary SMTP, or a webhook target in your forms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for how a third-party service you connect handles your data or whether it stays available. Review their terms before you rely on them.
11. Warranty disclaimer
We work hard to ship solid, well-tested software, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every plugin, theme, and host in existence.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolutionary Plugins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Software or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Always keep current backups before installing or updating any software, ours included. Revolutionary Backups makes this a one-click habit, but the responsibility for backups rests with you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your misuse of the Software, your violation of these terms, or content you publish using sites built with our Software.
14. Termination
You can stop using the Software and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms, for example by sharing your key or redistributing the Software. On termination, the rights granted to you end, though sections that by their nature should survive, such as liability limits and intellectual property, continue to apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revolutionary Plugins is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We would always rather resolve a disagreement by talking it through, so please contact us first. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as our product and the law change. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and for material changes we will email account holders. If you keep using the Software or site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
17. Contact us
Questions about these terms, or unsure whether your use is covered? Email support@revolutionaryplugins.com and a real person will answer. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
